For students from 7th grade post-Bar/Bat Mitzvah through 10th grade Confirmation, Beit Noar deepens Jewish identity, encourages personal growth, and develops leadership skills that last a lifetime.

Program highlights include:

  • Twice-monthly Lunch & Learn discussions on identity, values, and spirituality.
  • Community-wide holiday celebrations
  • Opportunities to lead through the Madrichim (Teen Leadership) program.
  • Engaging field trips exploring Jewish life beyond the classroom

Madrichim (Teen Leadership) Program

For Teens (7th grade post b. Mitzvah – 12th grade) Ready to Lead

Our Madrichim program invites teens to return to Mensch Lab classrooms as student leaders and role models. Under the mentorship of our professional educators, teens gain:

  • Real-world teaching and classroom experience
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Community service hours (great for school or honor societies)
  • Resume-worthy experience for college applications.
  • A strong sense of confidence and accomplishment
  • The chance to make a difference in the lives of younger students.
