Clergy welcome

For those seeking a traditionally-oriented Reform congregation, Beth Am offers a warm, inclusive, and stimulating Jewish community. Our inspiring clergy and dedicated professional staff make Beth Am a truly unique House of the People.

Our membership is diverse, drawing from Montgomery and Bucks counties and nearby Philadelphia. Most of our members were raised in the Reform Movement, but some bring a more traditional perspective. Our membership includes life-long Jews, congregants who have converted to Judaism, and interfaith families. All are equally welcome in our community.

At Beth Am we encourage our members to join together in celebration of Jewish traditions, lifelong study and growth, and social action. Together we make a difference in one another’s lives and in the world.

A Place for Everyone

We pride ourselves in being an inclusive community that welcomes people of all backgrounds and abilities.

Our sanctuary and bimah (platform from which we read Torah) were renovated in 2004, making these sacred spaces accessible to all.

We also offer educational programs for children with special learning needs, a dial-in service for members who are unable to attend in person, and upon request offer signing at our services for members of our community who are deaf.
